The
interventions needed are performed by the mobile squads of
the Quick Intervention Force (QIF). They
are specifically trained and have all the equipment and technical
allsorts required for counter-attacking when it is necessary.
The mobile intervention squads are made up of two operative
agents, specially selected, educated and trained, with best
logistics. Each team is able to act abruptly and efficiently,
inside the legal limits, in order to put an end to those reasons
that caused the alarm or to the event that was signaled.
When the QIF is alerted by the POSITIVE Dispatch Center, the
crew will get as fast as possible to the site involved, acting
in accordance with the alarm type and the situation identified.
The agents will make a complete inspection (outside and inside),
will determine the causes, the conditions and the circumstances
of the event and will solve the situation arisen. If necessary,
the crew will ask for help from other POSITIVE SERVICES teams,
or from police, gendarmerie, firefighters or ambulance services.
Our teams use Honda HR-V cars and have communication devices
as mobile stations (onboard and portable) or cellphones.
The crews are stationed in specific points, but also have
certain patrolling trails. If clients require, periodical
inspections can be arranged, during nighttime or while houseowners
are away.
The selection and training process for the operational agents
goes through several steps of verification and testing. It
is thoroughly supervised and controlled by SPID (GUARD,
INTERVENTION AND DISPATCH SERVICES) members, with
a rich civil and military expertise in the field. The selected
agents take part in an initial preparing course, focused on
specific issues and physical development, on which they are
afterwards tested.
After graduating this phase, the agents
are caught up in a more complex POSITIVE SERVICES training
course. It is carefully structured, taking into account the
specific activities, with regulate training stages, refreshment
courses and day-by-day tutoring. |
